If your organization connects an external project or accounting system — such as Deltek or Microsoft Dynamics — Resource reads project and employee records from it on the schedule you configure, including billing rates. Those systems are not our sub-processors: the connection is made by your organization, to a system you control, and data flows only into Resource. We do not write back to them.
Resource is hosted in the United States, and every sub-processor listed above processes data there. If your organization requires data residency in another region, please contact us before subscribing so we can tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
We update this page when we add or remove a sub-processor, and revise the date at the top. If you would like advance notice of changes, email support@resourceapp.co and we will add you to the notification list.
