    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using Resource, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

    2. Account Responsibilities

    You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

    3. Permitted Use

    Resource is provided for legitimate business use in managing projects, staff, and allocations. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or reverse-engineer the software.

    4. Subscription & Billing

    Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

    5. Data Ownership

    You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Resource, including projects, staff records, and allocations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

    6. Service Availability

    We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Resource is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

    8. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
